Prior to pocessing a claim: If you did not purchase a compressor kit from us; you will need to provide proof that the parts specified were purchased and installed. If you did not purchase and install the parts you have no warranty. NOTE: We strive to offer the most reliable parts available at a reasonable price. Thus we sell from various manufactures. This means the actual parts may vary slightly from those depicted in our pictures. We reserve the right to ship a different brand fron that listed that is of equal or greater value. If in doubt, ask your mechanic or send us the make, model, year, and engine size when ordering. WARRANTY POLICY Our New Compressors come with a 1 year warranty. Warranty is valid if the following procedure is followed. 1. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor. 2. The accumulator / receiver-drier must be replaced. 3. The expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be replaced. 4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations. 5. System must be recharged following approved industry guidelines. * We highly recommend that a certified A/C technician be used to perform all work. You are making a significant investment and do not need to incur any additional costs. New compressors are highly reliable with most failures occurring because the compressor was never installed and set up properly. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item. Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above parts were purchased and installed unless purchased from us.
