If you are not happy with your fish, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. If your koi is DOA please send us a picture of the deceased koi within 2 hours of arrival and you will receive a full refund for the koi. In the event of any loss, the refund DOES NOT include the cost of shipping.All koi are measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail. Fish are measured at the time of listing and sizes are a very close approximate and are not guaranteed to be exact. In the unlikely event that your fish is not in optimal condition at time of shipping, we will notify you of the situation and either give you a full refund or we will be happy to work with you to find a replacement fish that you are happy with. Attempting to judge the size of a fish by eyesight alone is misleading. Before making any claims that your fish is not the size in the listing, while your fish is still in the clear shipping bag, place a tape measure up next to the fish in the bag and take a picture. We are happy to hold your fish up to 10 days while you select all of the fish you want to ship together. Please notify us of when you want to ship.
