Assembled from kit, it was painted, glazed with a light tinted film, and given a few weathered roof details for more realism. It was not branded, so it can be used as a commercial or residential building. Base measures approx 3" x 2". Stands about 5.5" tall. A weathered commercial dumpster is included as a bonus item.
