Description: Fresh and charmingly illustrated, this rare long set of six wild bird plates was originally created by Fitz and Floyd in the 1970s for Neiman Marcus. Represented are four classic favorites of the North American bird lover: the blue jay, robin , yellow-headed blackbird and bobolink. Long discontinued, the vibrant, intricately designed salad or canapé plates have held up remarkably well. I find no chips, cracks, staining, fading, crazing or discoloration. With the exception of one instance of minor finish loss, possibly from utensil wear, on one of the plates, ( shown in photos), the set is pristine. Charming, collectible pieces ship UPS Ground from Los Ángeles. Neiman Marcus Bird plates made by Fitz & Floyd 4 Different Designs.
