They are a healthy useful part of your aquariums biome and would make an excellent addition to your tank. They serve as excellent food source for a variety of fish and are commonly used as puffer food. These are aquarium pets and are not for human consumption!!! These snails come from our own personal aquariums, and have been raised with tender loving care to be healthy and strong. *** Please read entire listing description before purchase to avoid misunderstandings *** Item Details: -These snails are from our indoor tanks and contain a wide variety of different colors and patterns. No set grade or color and you will get a mixture of sizes. - Males and females are included in each order. Shipping Info: - Our snails are packaged in breather bags with a small amount of live aquatic plants for them to eat and hide in during shipping (usually Pellia moss / duckweed). - The box they are shipped in is well insulated, and normally does not require any additional heating/cooling packs. - Snails must be taken inside from harsh weather conditions ASAP for them to survive, please use the tracking number to see when they will be arriving. -We only ship within the United States. - We will replace any DOA snails, if a photograph of the dead snails in the packaging can be provided upon opening the box. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (My shipping practices make DOA's highly unlikely but we do not have control over the post office employees or drivers.)
