Not glued together - can be placed as shown or anywhere on your layout. All buildings have been weathered and detailed. We've added new window treatments and a few details: figurines, planters, utility meters, weathered and detailed roof details, and a billboard. Both buildings have been pre-lit with 12V incandescent bulbs. Blackout shades on some windows to make them more realistic at with lights on. As a bonus, I'm including 2 commercial dumpsters (own work, available separately in my store). Ships assembled. Flat roof building building measures 3.25 x 2.25 at the base.
