By purchasing with us, you give authority to the delivery company to leave your parcel unattended unless signature on delivery is requested. Your parcel will be brought to a post office for collection if your parcel is not safe to be left unattended. It is the responsibility of buyer to collect the parcel within 7 business days upon notification it is awaiting collection. Please provide valid and correct delivery address. We do not hold any responsibility if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. All returns will only be partially refunded. If item is returned damaged, we will not issue any refund. There will be a $16.00 return fees ($27 for express) for all returned parcels that are uncollected at post office or parcels that had incorrect address provided. All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00. All dangerous goods (ie, flammable items) cannot be express posted. Dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for the dispatch of your order. This includes standard and express post.
