Left or (passenger side) is missing the rear cover and only includes the glass frame. Right light or (drivers side) has a crack and missing glass along the top left corner (as pictured) hard to notice when installed also shows a small crack along the front left top section. It does include the rear cover and plug unlike the passenger side. Includes the factory fog light double switch as well. Rare find these days.
