Description: Note: Please study the images carefully to determine the condition of this vintage photograph, as it may not be in perfect condition. It may contain wrinkles, cracks, and possibly even tears due to its age and how it was handled before it got to us. A scanner may interpret colors and contrast differently than human eyes will, so it is possible that the actual photograph may be slightly darker or lighter in person. This vintage photograph is offered for sale as a collectible item and conveys no transfer of copyright. 1985 Press Photo Ballroom windows at New Orleans Athletic Club building This is an original press photo. Ballroom windows in the New Orleans Athletic Club face North Rampart Street. There is no mystery about the New Orleans Athletic Club’s renovation. At a cost of about $25,000, the 50- by 60-foot Grand Ballroom has been restored to its 1920s grandeur - its oak parquet floor shining, walls repainted in a light apricot panel effect, the finials atop the floor-to-ceiling white columns regilded in bronze, and the filigree frames holding the long pier glasses retouched in gold. Photo measures 10 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 03-23-1985. PHOTO FRONT PHOTO BACK Historic Images Part Number: noc27157 Sell Smarter with Kyozou.Inventory and Ecommerce Management
