This is the 1965 ND One Dollar issue. The note shows no date of issue. It is bright red in color on multicolored underprint. It depicts a young queen Elizabeth II at right of the front. It also depicts a fish in the center and a map on the left of the front. The back is also bright red in color and shows a tropical beach with a town and sail boats in the water. There is a white circle where the water mark is. The circle is surrounded by the names of the islands constituting the East Caribbean Authority. This note is known as Variety III with the name of the Island of Granada shown but not the name of the Island of Barbados. This particular note has the serial number 793441 shown in black lettering twice on the front. It is series B91. It has four signatures on the front. The banknote has watermark queen Elizabeth II's crowned head. The note has an over printed letter "L" in a circle on the front which is recognized as Pick 10l and suggesting a post 1983 production date. Pick Number: P 10l. Condition: I would grade this banknote as an extremely fine or better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has one major vertical fold and general wrinkling. The note retains much of its original crispiness and shows minimum soiling and minor light stains. The corners are squared and intact and show almost no rounding.
