Crazier still is the grade - NGC is itchy to call anything and everything Artificial Toning, thus even this ugly deep black patina we've all seen on many coins is considered Artificial. To balance out the bizarre Details designation, NGC calls this lusterless, handled, and so obviously circulated coin "UNC". Looking for a conversation piece?
