The chest circumference measures 19" and the waist 18", which would make the size 12-18 months. This item was hand laundered with a gentle detergent and air dried. The exact shade of pale blue was hard to capture. Photos 7 and 8 were taken indoors, and are most accurate representation of the color. The last two photos were taken outside in full sunlight. All other photos were taken outdoors in shade, and the color in those photos is a little more saturated than in real life. Good condition. No holes or rips. Tiny smudge on lace at waist on the apron.
