The band is really really nice shiny gold tone curved ridgy stretch made by Champion a pretty good size fits me maybe a little tight I'm a 7 7/8" might be a little loose on a smaller wrist. Your warranty is limited. You get the watch wind it give it a little shake and it starts running. That is your warranty, no other warranty no returns. I have had this thing running over night and keeping reasonabe time your experience might be different.
