Description: For sale is a nice 1929-S Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollar. The Walking Liberty Half Dollar was minted between 1916 and 1947 and is one of the most gorgeous US coin designs ever minted. The obverse was so popular, in fact, that the Mint decided to use it as the obverse design for the very popular Silver Eagle coin. This is a great coin because the Walkers from the teens are always the most scarce and sought-after. This 1929-S is considered a semi-key date of the series because they minted a fairly low 1.9 million coins. And like all Walking Liberty Halves, this coin is 90% silver. As you can see from the pics the coin is in very good shape and it would come in at a decent VG grade. All images and lettering are completely visible, including the date and mint mark. The coin has no major toning or damage and it has not been cleaned. I do have multiple coins available in the exact same grade and condition if you were interested in buying more than one. I always give discounts for multiple quantities and always combine shipping. If you buy only one you will receive the coin in the pics. This a must have for any Walker collection. Thanks!
