Description: Up for sale is the scarce 1928-A $1 Silver Certificate from the Experimental Issue Y-B block. This note is printed on special paper different from normal notes as the Treasury/BEP was testing different papers for wear. These have no special markings like the 1935-A experiments did, so fewer were saved and are scarcer than their 1935 counterparts. They were only differentiated by their serial blocks. This note grades a nice Fine in my opinion with even circulation. Please check scans and judge condition for yourself. Don't miss this chance to pick up a scarce and generally lesser unknown variety. Its 1935 counterparts list for $115 in CDN in Fine and $125 in Friedberg, with many more of those saved and on the market. Here's your chance to get an experimental note on special paper at an affordable price. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
