Description: 1908 Illustrated Advertising Billhead BORDEN'S CONDENSED MILK CHOCOLATE Click images to enlarge Description This is a billhead invoice receipt from Borden's Condensed Milk Company for Borden's Milk Chocolate "KUBES" sold to Layton & Layton of Georgetown, Delaware and is dated Dec. 18, 1908. The billhead shows their milk chocolate candy bar wrapper and insert graphics. It lists 12 dozen "Kubes" were sold @ 65 cents per box and a total sale of $7.80. Layton & Layton was a well known wholesale distributor. Document is about 8-1/4" x 9" and in very good condition as shown. There is a fold near the center and a tiny piece missing on the lower right. A rare example of Borden's American Milk Chocolate award winning product line advertising ephemera! Very rare early advertising - for the advanced candy, Borden's or dairy collector!
