Description: For sale is a cool 1877 Seated Liberty Silver Quarter. The Seated Liberty Quarter was minted 1838 to 1891 until it was replaced by the Barber Quarter in 1892. It was a very popular design in that it was used for the Half Dime, Dime, Quarter, Half Dollar, and even the Dollar for a long time, and Seated Liberty Quarters are among the most collectible of all of them. And like all Seated Liberty Quarters this coin is 90% silver. As you can see from the pics this coin is in good shape and it would grade at an early G grade. The date, lettering, and stars are clear and present. Even a couple letters in LIBERTY on the obverse are visible which is usually the first thing to wear down on these coins. The coin has a very interesting toning pattern to the obverse and the reverse has a bit of environmental "greening" to it. The coin has no excessive damage and has not been cleaned. Here is your chance to own a nice vintage coin at a great price. Thanks!
