The Book has some visible signs of shelf wear such as some wear to the corners and edges, creases, fading to the pages, and tears, all of which are visible in the photographs provided. It could use a good cleaning. It measures approximately 7" x 5" x 1 1/2". The cover has a tear along the spine on the top that makes it so that it leans when opened, the pages have some discoloration along the edges from age and being in storage, there is an inscription on the first page from the previous owner. The ink on the pages have slightly faded so some pages are harder to read than others.
