White Sapote have a rind and eat like other sapotes but have a fruity custard taste with hints of peach, pear, lemon, banana, caramel and vanilla. One tree can produce enough fruit for 4-10 families if grown correctly. Plant comes in a standard 2x2x3.5inch nursery pot with a house made high-end soil blend of peat, worm castings, organic composted yard waist and perlite mixed with top grade local soil. All plants are grown in a green house and are given water only from a carefully calibrated aquaponics system for superior strength in plant and soil microbes for maximum growth.
