We want to make sure they are fertilized and ready for your incubator! -please let the eggs rest for 12 hours -please start your incubator 4 hours prior -please candle them at day 10 & day 18 at lockdown -please turn eggs 2-3 times a day or have an incubator that is self turning -please do not overload your incubator -please start temp at 99.5 -please start humidity around 50-55% -please take out egg turner and stop turning at day 18 -please raise humidity to 65-70% on day 18. -please only remove chicks when they are dry & fluffy -please set up your large brooder box prior to hatch day of 21 -we recommend non-medicated chick starter grower, we use Kalmbach organic -please have water ready, use a chick waterer so they do not drown in a bowl -we recommend small pine shavings for bedding, do not put chicks on a slick surface when walking -please feel free to reach out for questions or answers.
